On July 11, Keimyung University Dongsan Medical Center (Director, Kim Kwon-bae) received a plaque of appreciation from the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). The center has participated in a medical volunteer activity, Healthy Angels with Love, with the National Health Insurance Service since 2013. This volunteer work aims to reduce a dead zone of the medical treatment for the underprivileged.
Dongsan Medical Center’s excellent social contribution activities were recognized and highly evaluated by the NHIS center in Daegu (Director, Lee Tae-hyeong), so it was awarded the plaque. The ceremony was held at NHIS center in Daegu on July 8. Kim Hee-cheol, director of Dongsan Medical Center External Affairs, accepted the plaque as a representative of the Dongsan Medical Center.
