Jang Hye Jin, who graduated from KMU, won two gold medals in this Olympic games. She got gold medals in both the individual part and team competitions.
She got three gold medals in the National Sports Festival in 2007. After that, she was selected for the national team. However, she was eliminated in the preliminary qualification round in the London Olympics in 2012. She played a core role in the victory of the team at the Incheon Asian Games in 2014.
Ryu Su-jeong, the national team coach, said, “Keimyung archers have the ability to go to the highest level, and I am sure we will see another Jang Hye-jin."
