Keimyung Dongsan Medical Center has completed the construction of the School of Medicine and the College of Nursing. On February 5, a building dedication ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of construction 500 guests attended including Cha Soon-do, the director of Dongsan Medical Center, Jeong Soon-mo, the Chief of the Board of Directors, and President Synn Il-hi.
The School of Medicine and College of Nursing start their new semester in the new building on Sung seo campus. The School of Medicine contains nine floors and the College of Nursing contains five stories high. In addition, the new Dongsan Medical Center with a high-tech intelligent building system is to be completed in 2014. It is expected to contribute much development in medical to the community.
President Synn said, “The School of Medicine and the College of Nursing will cultivate doctors and nurses who can lead the way in the twenty-first century global community.”
