Jeong Jae-hoon, who is a student of Keimyung University, was the best performer in the Samsung Young Campus Reporter competition. He is a junior in the College of Social Sciences and his major is Consumer Information Science.
Samsung Young Campus Reporter is a program where university students selected from the whole country report their own schools’ useful information and local events. Since last year, Jeong has been a member of this program. He has written articles, taken pictures for his articles, and posted them on the Samsung homepage. Also, he planned an exhibition to express university students’ dreams with other reporters in the program.
Jeong was selected best performer among 360 students for his diligence, activities, and unique articles. Samsung gave him the first prize and 2,000,000 won. He said he got more patience and confidence from this program and he was proud to receive such an award.
