- Course Description
본 교과목의 목적은 최고경영자에 대한 이해를 통해 학생들에게 회계의 기초지식을 교육하고, 이를 통해 회계, 경영 및 재무에 대한 폭넓은 지식을 습득하도록 하는 것이다. 학생들에게 다양한 한국공인회계사/미국공인회계사과 관련된 사례와, 다양한 경영자의 역할에 대한 사례분석을 통해 자본시장이 회계학의 역할과 기능에 대해 이해하도록 지원하는 교과목이다.
- Course Objectives
After completing the course, you should be:
1. able to read and understand basic financial statements;
2. able to identify, analyze and resolve applied financial reporting issues;
3. proficient in the IFRS, and;
4. able to understand the basic elements of accounting theory.
- Teachnig Method
The structure of this course is a combination of lectures and problem solving. End-of-chapter problems and additional problem material have been identified to help you learn how to apply the concepts. Students are expected to read the relevant chapter material and attempt to solve the recommended problems PRIOR TO class. Most of the recommended problems will be covered in class. This will be JOINT work and I will consistently call upon members of the class to provide parts of the solution.
