특허권·실용신안권·디자인권·상표권 등의 산업재산권 및 저작권과 관련하여 발생하는 법률문제를 연구하고, 새로운 지적재산권에 관한 법률적 기초지식들을 영어로 강의하는 과목임.

There are no prerequisites. The course is entry level so no prior knowledge of intellectual property or internet regulation is required.
