이 교과목은 현대 디자인 분야에서 적극적으로 활용되고 있는 기초적 디지털 디자인 도구의 사용법을 교육하고, 디자인 개념과 결과물의 디지털 시각화를 통한 디자인 커뮤니케이션의 기초적 이론교육과 실습교육을 제공한다. 실습교육은 2D형식을 그 내용으로 진행한다.
