BASIC PRACTICE

본 강좌는 미술의 각분야별 표현 영역가운데 형태적 구조와 본질을 탐색하고 표현하는 과정이다.

This course focuses on cultivating foundations as a graphic designer through short-term assignments. During the design process, students are asked to set their preconceptions aside and approach design problems from various point of view. Students will learn to acclimate themselves to critical as well as flexible thinking.

This course is designed for Freshmen admitted to the Department of graphic communication design. In this course, the lectures will be given in English.

Various drawing materials are required for each design project. Please check the announcement carefully.

Through learning design functions and roles in advance, students will be able to expand the scope of their expressive abilities and ideas. Basic Design enables students to experience various ways to approach a design problem and help them to acquire strong base for the designer’s critical thinking abilities.
