INTRODUCTION TO SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE

사회복지 실천에 기초하여, 이 수업은 진보된 임상사회사업에 필요한 지식과 기술을 개발하고 더불어 개인과 집단 클라이언트들에게 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 정신역동, 인지발달, 제도 지향적 관점에 근거하여 이 과정은 진보된 개인, 가족, 집단을 통합한 내용을 제공한다. 또한 다른 이론들을 생각해본다. 학생들에게 사회사업의 가치, 윤리, 이론적 개념, 미시ㆍ중간ㆍ거시적 수준의 개입활동들을 소개할 것이다. 또한 생물심리사회평가를 중점으로 제시해 줄 것이다.

The classes will consist of lectures, discussion, presentation, and exercise. Students’ mastery of the course content will be assessed through written assignments, in-class discussion, final paper, and actual practice. In order to fully participate in each class session, students are expected to read all recommended readings which are outlined in the syllabus and distributed in class, and expose themselves to actual skills and techniques. Students are expected to be prepared and active in class and encouraged to read widely. Without a broad and critical thinking and skill practice, students will not master the course content.

Students are expected for active participation in the class.
