국제거래법의 개념 및 국제계약 일반을 수업함으로써 국제거래법을 공부하는 토대를 마련하고, 국제매매계약?국제운송?국제보험?국제금융계약?국제투자계약?국제거래분쟁해결 등을 강의한다.
