기업경영에 필요한 의사결정을 합리적으로 하기 위한 과학적 접근 방법에 관하여 학습한다.
- Course Objectives
The goal of this course is to enable the students to understand the principle of management science and study the relevant quantitative techniques to solve various management problems. Additionally, in this course, students will learn how to solve management problems using
the Excel software (spreadsheet).
- Teachnig Method
This course is taught in a lecture-centered manner but the active discussion about management problems and how to efficiently and effectively deal with them will be recommended in every class. In particular, the key feature of this course is based on a modeling approach because model formulation lies at the heart management science methodology. Thus, in every class, we discuss how to set up the management problems by considering a case study and then learn the objective decision-making approach by solving practice problems.
