DIVERSITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, & SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE(영어강의) [DIVERSITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, & SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE]
The course aims to introduce the diverse populations by race, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, gender, migration status, different abilities, and sexual orientation, as well as multicultural issues with micro, mezzo, and macro level of social work intervention. Besides, the course aims to provide the overview of role, function, and effect of power and oppression as it affects to the diverse population. The course will also examine how power affects service delivery at micro, mezzo, and macro levels. The course aims students to understand the social work profession’s commitment to social justice for the diverse population at local and global context.
